Travel Directives & Hotel Booking Information

You will be flying in and out of Florianópolis (FLN). Most international flights will go through São Paulo (GRU) or Rio de Janeiro (GIG). If you need assistance booking your flights, please contact our local travel agent: eventos@brockerturismo.com.br.

Book your hotel room from February 20th to the 24th by emailing vendas@hotelsaosebastiao.com.br and mentioning you are making a reservation for the “EO Retreat”. Please arrive no later than 11:00 a.m. on February 21st. Departures at leisure anytime after 8:00 p.m. on February 24th. Our special rate applies for 3 days before and after the retreat in case you want to extend your stay.
