Qualifications

  • Be the founder, co-founder, owner or controlling shareholder of a company
  • Hold one of the above titles for a company that grosses more than US $1 million annually
  • For venture-backed companies, you must have privately raised funds of US $2M or publicly raised funds of US $5M. You must also have 10 full-time employees and have been in operation for at least three years.

Venture-backed companies must have either privately raised funds of at least US$2 million or publicly raised funds of US$5 million, and a minimum of 10 employees.
