  6:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Opening Dinner
• October 9th:
  9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Learning Sessions for Tenure Members
  1:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience
• Travel October 10^th Morning to Yamagata Prefecture (either Shonani Airport or  Sendai Airport) take the charter bus to the Discover Tohoku Event

• Shonai Airport (AIR) Haneda Airport → Shonai Airport After arriving at Shonai Airport, we will provide a bus transfer.
