4 November – Arrivals; There will be no planned activities this day. The meeting will begin with lunch at 12pm on 5 November. If you prefer to arrive the morning of the 5th, please use the link to the "Hotel Request Form" below.

5-7 November – ISM; Lunch start (12pm) on the 5th, full day on the 6th and 7th.

8 November – Departures at leisure.
