The 2025 EMEA and South Asia Presidents' Meeting invites all RC members, Presidents, President-Elects, and Chapter Staff (MEPA, Europe and South Asia) to collaborate, share best practices, and plan for the upcoming year.

18 February, 7pm - Regional Council Arrival and Opening Dinner
19 February, 9am-5pm - Regional Council Meetings
19 February, 7pm onwards - Presidents, Chapter Staff Arrival and Opening Dinner 
20-21 February - Presidents Meeting
22 February - Departures for All

Please note, any cancellations after December 15th will unfortunately result in a 100% penalty as of now.
