Japan Winter Sports Festival Niseko 2024

EO Hokkaido Chapter will be holding their annual “EO Winter Festival Niseko 2024 ~Winter Sports Day~” again this year from Feb 23 to Feb 25, 2024!
We plan to have an even larger number of participants to 300 attendees, and make it even more exciting than the last year with maximum engagement among members in the best fluffy powder snow!
We wish to have global members participate in this event as well. It does not matter if you have participated last year or if this is your first time, if you are a long-time tenure EO member or if you have only recently joined EO. Please consider joining us!

11:00am-> Meet at Chitose Airport
6:00pm to 9:00pm -> Welcome Diner
Saturday, February 24, 2024
9:30am to 3:30pm-> Winter sports day
6:00pm to 9:00pm -> diner & awards ceremony
Sunday, February 25, 2024
10:00am Check out (end of event) and get on chartered bus to New Chitose Airport

Optional tours
Optional Tour #1 "Powder Snow Resort Ski Activity": 8:30am to 1:00pm Ski activities at Hilton Niseko Village including lunch
(Optional for 10 to 20 persons. @JPY9,500 per person)
Optional Tour #2 " Learning about Niseko Village Urban Planning": 2:00pm to 5:00pm Lecture from Niseko Town Mayor @ Niseko Town hall, introductions and exchange of name cards, and visit Niseko Bokka model houses. (Optional for 10 to 20 persons. @JPY3,000 to 5,000 per person)

USD $840 for EO members
USD $420 for adults（spouse）
USD $210 for children (under 12 years old)
Free for children who do not need meals
(accommodation and round trip transportation fees are not included)

Accomodation @USD$ 400 （JPY 60,000 yen） per night at the Hilton Niseko Village.
