Booking information: 

• Please plan to arrive in Whistler no later than 11:00am on May 22nd, 2024
• Departures at leisure anytime after 10:00pm on May 24th, 2024

• May 21st: Optional Arrivals 
• May 22nd: Arrivals, Learning Day (afternoon start), social & dinner 
• May 23rd: Forum mashups, activity & dinner 
• May 24th: Forum mashups, closing dinner (optional departures)
• May 25th: Departures at leisure
